At PawHaven, we want to be completely transparent about how and when your order will arrive.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping destinations
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping at this time.
Shipping times
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
Expedited shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery times begin from shipment date, not purchase date.
Shipping costs
Orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate
Orders $35 and above: FREE
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Order tracking
Your tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships. Allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update in the carrier's system.
Delays and lost packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days from shipment, contact us at support@pawhaven.com. We will offer a full replacement or refund for packages confirmed lost by the carrier.
Incorrect shipping address
Contact us immediately at support@pawhaven.com with subject: ADDRESS-[your order number]. Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of order placement.
Damaged packages
Take photos of packaging and product before opening. Contact us within 48 hours at support@pawhaven.com for a replacement or refund.
Multiple item orders
Items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.
