PAWHAVEN — SHIPPING POLICY Effective: May 2025 | Version 1.0

  1. Order processing time 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Confirmation email sent immediately. Tracking number sent once shipped.
  2. Shipping destinations All 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping at this time.
  3. Shipping times
  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 5–10 business days Delivery times begin from shipment date, not purchase date.
  1. Shipping costs
  • Under $35: $4.99 flat rate
  • $35 and above: FREE Free shipping applied automatically at checkout.
  1. Order tracking Tracking number sent by email once shipped. Allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update in carrier system.
  2. Delays and lost packages Contact support@pawhaven.com if package not arrived within 20 business days. Full replacement or refund for carrier-confirmed lost packages.
  3. Incorrect shipping address Contact support@pawhaven.com — Subject: ADDRESS-[order number] Address changes only possible within 12 hours of order placement.
  4. Damaged packages Photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery. Contact support@pawhaven.com for replacement or refund.
  5. Multiple item orders Items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Normal for dropshipping orders.
